Who is eligible for this offer?
Anyone who starts lessons with a private instrumental teacher before 31 January 2021
What instruments are available on this offer?
Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Oboe, Trumpet, Cornet, Trombone, Keyboard, Violin, Cello and Guitar.
If the instrument of your choice is not listed, please get in touch and we will let you know if we can accommodate your choice
What is the cost after the first month?
This depends on the chosen instrument. Our Rental page offers more information on pricing and all rental prices will be confirmed at the outset of the agreement
Who sets up the agreement - the teacher or parent/player?
The rental will be set up in the parent/player’s name and they will be responsible for the instrument
How do we set up this rental?
The player or parent should give us a call or drop us an email with your name, contact details, instrument choice and the name of the teacher you will be having lessons with
We will confirm the details of the offer with you, including the price of the rental after the first month
You will be set up on our short term rental scheme, which involves setting up a standing order. No payment will be taken for the first month, the standing order will start from the following month.
If you choose to continue renting, then you are all set up and ready to go!
If not, you simply need to return the instrument to us by the end of the free month and the standing order can be cancelled*.
Once you are set up, a collection day and time can be arranged from 1 of 3 locations

* In order to make sure there is enough time for the standing order to be cancelled, please contact us 1 week prior to the end of the free period if the instrument is to be returned, and the rental ended. The instrument must be returned by the last date of the free period in order to be eligible for the free month rental and no rental payments to be owed.
