OUR PROCESS
1. Fill in the form at the bottom of this page or phone us with details of the instrument(s) you are looking to sell including the make and model of each instrument
2. We will get back to you to confirm if it is something we would be interested in looking at and making an offer on. If it is, the instrument would then need to be brought in to us for assessment.
3. Once the instrument has been assessed (approx. 1 week), we will be in touch to make you an offer. You then have up to 30 days to consider the offer. (Please note, the decision must be made before you collect your instrument. If you collect your instrument while deciding, and then choose to accept the offer, we will need to check the instrument again to be sure nothing has happened to affect the price in the intervening period)
4. If the offer is accepted, payment is made by Bank transfer within 1 week. If you choose not to accept the offer you will need to return and collect your instrument.
